Setting Genealogy Goals

January 10, 2017

Amy Lenertz shared some fantastic tips on how to set Genealogy Goals for 2017. We were encouraged to try something new and get out of our comfort zone. Amy was entertaining and engaging and we'd love to see what your goals are this year. Some goals could be scanning and digitizing a box of papers, photos, and memorabilia. Another goal could be a writing goal. Or perhaps your goal is to find more records about your ancestor on a trip with THAGS to Clayton Library or the Salt Lake City trip. Whatever your goal is, write it down, plan out simple steps to achieve that goal and give yourself a time line.

Next month, we'll have a Pajama Party! Andrew Lee is presenting "Finding Strangers in Your Pajamas" so wear your most comfortable clothing!
