Join us on a trip to the SLC Family History Library

Do you know what these symbols mean? These are symbols you might find in the familysearch catalog. If you see just a camera, you can access the image free at home. If you see the magnifying glass with a camera with a key over it, you can search the digital index at home by clicking the magnifying glass and you can look at the original images at any family history center. If you see the reel, it means the images have not been digitized and that you will need to view the record at the family history library in Salt Lake City.
SO . . . Come with us to Salt Lake City!! Learn how to use the FamilySearch catalog effectively and find those images you need.
