Bring a sweater in case it is chilly. We are working on resolving the sound system problems.

Carolyn Monroe has graciously agreed to help spear head this event. Watch for sign up lists for donated food dishes. THAGS will provide the meat and paper goods, etc. Feel free to offer your help to her.

Newsletter, Fall edition. Send any articles to Devon Lee. We still need to fill up those 24 pages.

Voting at next meeting on Proposed Amendment to Article V, Section 2- Elected Officials, and Vacancies

Amend Articles to reflect that new board members assume duties at time they are put in (May) rather than September 1st.This will be voted on at the October meeting.
